The Foundation represents the heart and helping hands of the FBI National Academy Associates, Inc. by providing, now and into the future, the care, support, and continued educational development of our members and their families.

The Youth Leadership Program (YLP) is the "Crown Jewel" of the FBINAA. In the tradition of the FBI National Academy, YLP is to provide students, ages 14 to 16, a foundation in ethical and moral leadership that encourages them to further develop the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to accept the challenge of leadership as a way of life.
