JOB POSTING: Assistant Director, Strategic Partnerships & Advertising

The Assistant Director - Strategic Partnerships & Advertising is a full-time position providing leadership, expertise, management and coordination to the organization's overall strategic programmatic and fundraising relationships. This position requires experience and expertise in the cultivation, stewardship and relationship-building with a variety of stakeholders. Working collaboratively with the Executive Director, Assistant Directors, staff and Executive Board, this position will be responsible for developing new strategic partnerships and securing annual revenue from a variety of sources, including corporations, fee for service, foundations, grants, and individual donors.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration or related field. Minimum six to eight years of experience in selling sponsorships and advertising to senior level decision makers.  Must also have the ability to engage participation from all levels, and generate passion for the sponsor/client's work, both internally and externally.
