Why am I not receiving Communications from the FBINAA?
Visit your member profile on the website to verify that we have your current preferred email address. If the email is correct, check your Junk/Spam folder in your email and see if you see any emails from the FBI National Academy Associates, Inc. <do-not-reply@fbinaa.org>. If you see an email from us, right-click it and it should pull up options where you can create a rule or tell your email system to always allow or automatically move emails from FBI National Academy Associates, Inc. <do-not-reply@fbinaa.org> to your inbox.
NOTE: Occasionally email security settings update and you may need to do this again in the future if you find you are not receiving emails from us again.
What’s my member number?
It’s on your membership card and it never changes.
What happens to my membership after I retire?
Even though you have retired from law enforcement, you are still able to keep your membership with the FBINAA. Upon your retirement, please go to your profile page and update your contact information, your organization and end the relationship date. When you go to renew your membership, purchase the Retired Membership so your status reflects retired. If you have any questions, please contact us at membership@fbinaa.org or call 703-632-1994 the Membership team will be happy to assist.
How can I receive a receipt or invoice for my membership dues payment?
On your Profile page go to your you will find a link to access both your Dues Receipt.
Can I come to the Academy for a visit?
Security measures at the FBI Academy are very tight. In order to come to the Academy, you must schedule a visit before your intended date with fbiacademytours.gov. Please contact us at 703-632-1994 or email membership@fbinaa.org for additional questions.
How can I become a member of the FBINAA?
Membership to the FBINAA is open only to graduates of the FBI’s National Academy Program. You must be a lieutenant or higher in rank to be considered for the NA. Contact your local FBI office and your supervisor/superiors for more information.
